I loved everything about the hotel. The staff that received us, Ziomara was very approachable and easy going and sorted everything out for us. The breakfast staff, Jay, Christina and Tara, were fantastic and helpful. The proximity to all the main attractions was a very big bonus (between 15 to 20 mins walk). Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and I will stay there next time

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, near 2 subway stations, in-front of a bus stop, and in-front of a taxi hub. The hotel have great views of Rome, and the breakfast was fresh with various options. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel if we are ever in Roma again.

The property is clean and safe. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room itself is clean and comfortable. The balcony view in our deluxe room was breathtaking.

We were lucky to get a completely new room on the 5th floor,it was clean and comfy and surprisingly quiet (facing a courtyard). The two gentleman at the reception (the manager and the receptionist) very super accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast had a surpringly rich selection of both sweet and savory options. The location is also great, walking distance or a short bus ride away from Termini (airport train)

The location was great!! It's a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and 15mins to the Colosseum and Roma Termini Station. The only time my friend and I had to talk the local metro was when we went to Vatican City. The staff were helpful.
